  • Pastrex Croissant is a premium puff pastry fat with a unique bake through butter flavour and melting characteristics. Developed for use by smaller bakeries and artisanal bakers using manual lamination in the baking preparation.

  • Pastrex Super can be used for the production of the finest hot eaten pastries, such as pies.

  • Pastrex Magnum and Ultra are made for industrial puff pastry and pie manufacturers utilisising automatic laminators and fat pumps. The fat formulation has similar characteristics to that used in Pastrex Super.

  • Pastrex Magnum is based on the Pastrex Super formulation, but is in a single slice format for larger bakeries to save time and money.

  • Flex is a general-purpose puff pastry margarine produced from a blend of Palm oils.
