We Offer The Following Services

• When a loved one passes on, your first step (and the hardest one) is to let us know by calling our 24/7 emergency line or visiting one of our branches, and a Funeral Director will help you plan and organize the funeral.
• Next, we need to come to collect your loved one and safely transport them to the parlour to be prepared for the burial.
• You need to consult with your B3 consultant and the parlour about how your loved one's funeral and burial proceedings are going to work.
• You need to provide us with the following documentation when coming in for a consultation:

• Certified death certificate
• ID document of the Deceased (must be stamped DECEASED)
• ID document of the claimant
• Removal order-For a disabled child, confirmation of the Disability Grant, a copy of the medical application or medical report is required.
• You will need to select a burial package. We have flexible packages that will suit your budget and ensure your loved one gets the funeral and the burial they deserve.
• We prepare the body of your loved one for viewing. Your loved one needs to be ready before they can say goodbye to the ones they have left behind.
• The transportation of the deceased to the church or venue where the funeral service will take place is the next step. When family and friends have said their goodbyes at the viewing, your loved one needs to be transported to their funeral service.
• The last step that we assist you with is the transportation of your loved one to their final resting place.
